Who Am I

After graduating with an honours degree in psychology I took a detour to learn life’s wisdoms. The journey took me from corporate life to a fulfilling family and back again to the mysteries of the mind. Along the way I added qualifications in Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming and now offer a blend of traditional psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy. Helping my clients discover the pleasures of life and their true potential is my greatest joy. I have also developed a specialty in group weight loss therapy where I coach the principles of mindful eating with permanent all round effects. In recent years I have become very interested in the field of Neuro Plasticity -- basically the ability of our brains to be rewired. In this regard I have joined forces with Indigo Learning an organization which promotes programs that build language and cognative skills and enhance brain fitness in people of all ages .
